Tank Series TKF15 2-piece and TK7000/TK8000 3-piece full port ball valves are designed specifically to address industry needs for tank bottom drain locations on autoclaves, reactors, pressure vessels and storage tanks. TK series valves facilitate rapid and unobstructed drainage of tank media. Tank Series valves feature a zero leakage seal, live load packing, and integrally cast top mounting flange to simplify actuator mounting, heavy-duty construction. All Tank series valves feature a low operating torque and long service life. TKF15 Tank series 2-Piece ball valves feature a valve closure with integral tank bottom connection cast as one piece for flush bottom weld-in-place connection to the tank and an ASME B16.5 flanged connection for piping. TKF15 series valves deliver an economical solution for larger tanks with NPS from 2 ½” to 10” inches. TK7000/TK8000 Tank Series three-piece ball valves are designed with the added benefit of a swing-out body for easy, in-line clean-in-place / service-in-place maintenance. 3-Piece TK Series valves offer the widest availability of end connections including Flanged, Threaded, Socket Weld, Extended Socket Weld, Butt Weld, Extended Butt Weld, Quick Clamp, and Tube / Extended Tube ends.

Available in both investment cast CF8M (316L) Stainless Steel or WCB Carbon Steel, series 5000/6000 valves include a swing-out center section for easy in-line maintenance. All body castings are marked with a foundry heat number for full traceability, ensuring quality and reliability. For manual valve operation, series 5000/6000 valves feature stainless steel safety trigger locking handles and travel stops that limit handle movement to 90°. The integrally cast ISO 5211 mounting pad ensures seamless alignment and simplified installation of actuators, gear operators, and other actuation and control accessories. Series 7000/8000 feature an integrated actuation mounting pad and available optional accessories and trims including, a media containment unit for fugitive emissions, internal cavity fillers, control valve inserts for characterized control valve applications, and internal electro-polishing for food handling. The three-piece body design allows for easy in-line maintenance with replaceable components for lower maintenance cost and lower total cost of ownership across the life of the valve.

Constructed from investment cast CF3M (316L) stainless steel and boasting a finish of 15 Ra to 20 Ra on all internal wetted surfaces, the Series S7500/S7700 Micro Pure series valve ensures superior sanitary operation, and compliance with ASME BPE specifications, governing the design of equipment used in bioprocessing, pharmaceuticals, and personal-care product industries. Micro Pure series valves are available with body cavity fillers, and purge ports upon request and are available with tube end and extended tube end connections for weld-in-place application as well as quick clamp connections for in-line servicing. For more specialized needs, cavity fillers and purge ports can be added upon request.
